Sr. Lead Systems Analyst, Identity & Access Join to apply for the Sr. Lead Systems Analyst, Identity & Access role at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center Role Overview As a Senior Lead Systems Analyst on the Identity team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Chick-fil-A's Identity Ecosystem. You will leverage your specialized skillsets across key identity platforms with deep expertise in Authentication and Authorization. Beyond technical execution, you will be instrumental in shaping and leading the strategic vision for our authentication and authorization programs. This includes driving key strategic conversations, influencing program direction, and defining a roadmap that ensures our identity solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with Chick-fil-A's evolving business needs. Responsibilities Own decisions and set the direction, vision, design, and strategy in authentication and authorization. Define requirements, identify technical solutions, execute tasks, create documentation, and communicate with partners for multiple systems. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, negotiate contracts, and plan projects. Support and troubleshoot complex issues and assist team members. Support junior team members and communicate with functional partners or vendors. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and oversee the execution of authentication and authorization strategies. Understand system interactions and impacts on other systems or processes. Influence system strategy and collaborate on roadmaps with stakeholders. Represent systems to leadership and own the system lifecycle. Contribute to broader discussions and forums beyond assigned areas. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 4+ years of relevant experience Experience with authentication and authorization systems Self-motivated with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Decisive and collaborative Continuous improvement mindset Detail-oriented and inquisitive Flexible and adaptable Vendor management skills Preferred Qualifications Additional Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of relevant experience Experience with Okta, Ping, Microsoft, or Google authentication systems Additional Details Minimum Years Of Experience: 4 Travel Requirements: 10% Level of Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
