About the Role We are partnering with a global manufacturer of industrial equipment on a confidential search for an Application Engineer. This position plays a critical role in supporting customers, sales teams, and internal engineering by providing technical expertise, application solutions, and project support. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers exposure to cross-functional projects, customer-facing work, and product development support. Key Responsibilities Provide technical recommendations and solutions for customer applications. Collaborate with sales and product management to develop proposals and application designs. Conduct product training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal staff. Benchmark competitor products and contribute to product development initiatives. Support project management activities, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope. Document and share technical cases to support marketing, training, and sales. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience. 2 years in applications, sales engineering, or technical support (industrial/manufacturing preferred). Knowledge of thermal management, industrial refrigeration, liquid cooling, or PLC/automation systems a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to ERP/CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce, Navision) preferred.
