Compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening. We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the positions work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires. Job Duties: Assist with incoming freight, ensure that it reaches the sales floor, and other assigned duties. This can include, but is not limited to: Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area Move freight to the staging area Use a forklift Move/fill palletized products to various departments Transfer products from pallet to pallet Load product into customers vehicles Help in other departments as assigned Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Great communication skills Prior Retail experience preferred Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend Able to pass a background check EEO Statement: Blain Supply, Inc and Blains Farm and Fleet (collectively Blains) is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
