As a BoxLunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising the store, and ensuring an engaging in-store experience. What You'll Do Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Maintain visual standards across your assigned sales floor zone. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram updates and merchandising strategies. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry. Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus Strong customer service and sales skills. Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
