Scope of the Role The Affiliate & Creator Marketing Coordinator supports the companys influencer and affiliate campaign initiatives, with a focus on affiliate and influencer communication as well as campaign logistics. This entry-level role assists with the smooth execution of campaigns supporting our DTC, Marketplace, and TikTok Shop Creator operations. Our teams coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support organic and paid initiatives while gaining hands?on experience in influencer and affiliate marketing. Reporting Structure The Affiliate & Creator Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Channel Marketing Team and reports to the Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager. This position also partners with cross?functional stakeholders and leaders within the organization. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities Support day?to?day creator communication and campaign tracking. Assist with onboarding new affiliates by coordinating communication, sharing resources, and ensuring smooth setup in respective tracking platforms. Maintain clear, ongoing communication with affiliates regarding promotions, campaign details, and incentives. Help manage the influencer content calendar and ensure posts align with brand and social campaign calendar and campaign goals. Provide logistical support for LIVE shopping as needed. Support in?office content days with creators, managing scheduling and use of our showrooms and studios. Assist in the creation and distribution of campaign briefs to affiliate partners. Assist in PR gifting to Influencers & Editorial partners. Monitor creator engagement and assist in tracking affiliate performance metrics. Support growth by gathering feedback from affiliates and creators to improve processes and strengthen partnerships. Assist in compiling performance updates and sharing highlights with the Brand and Channel teams. Work cross?functionally with other teams to support day?to?day operational tasks. Qualifications & Required Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 12 years of experience in marketing, influencer/affiliate programs, or campaign coordination (internship or entry?level experience welcome). Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with data to track and report on campaign performance. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with affiliate/influencer platforms a plus. Self?motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast?paced environment.
