Are you a creative chef who can also run a smooth kitchen? We're looking for an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen for both our fine dining restaurant and our event catering (up to 200 guests). This is a key leadership role. We need someone who can create amazing food and manage all the details. If you're ready to elevate our dining and event experiences, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Create & Innovate: Develop seasonal menus for the restaurant. Design custom event menus for weddings and parties. Keep up with food trends and use local ingredients. Manage the Kitchen & Team: Hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff. Build a positive and professional kitchen culture. Ensure smooth operations for daily service and large events. Control Costs: Manage food and labor costs to meet budget goals. Oversee inventory and purchasing. Find ways to make our kitchen more efficient. Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety rules. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen. Work with health inspectors to keep our A-level health score. Work with Other Teams: Work closely with our events and service teams for flawless events. Coordinate with our front-of-house manager and sommelier. Join leadership meetings to align on business goals. What You'll Need: At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in fine dining or events. Experience with cost control and budgeting. Excellent skills in menu creation, plating, and cooking for large groups. Strong leadership and communication skills. ServSafe Certification (or get it after hiring).
