We are seeking an experienced and licensed Civil Professional Engineer with strong project management and leadership skills. You bring a deep understanding of civil engineering design, construction processes, and regulatory compliance, along with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead design and production of large, complex civil/site projects. • Collaborate with Engineers to execute projects on time and within budget. • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and design staff. • Responsible for all aspects of production, drafting of plans and supporting documentation, preparing reports, performing technical research, evaluating alternatives, and providing recommendations to senior team members. • Maintain quality standards and propose process improvements. • Support business development efforts by maintaining professional relationships and identifying new opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company standards, project scopes, and local jurisdictional requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). • Professional Engineer (PE) license required. • 10+ years of civil engineering experience. • Strong proficiency with mapping, design, or modeling software AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, ICPR, GIS, Sketch-Up, Microsoft, or related software packages. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven leadership, mentoring, and critical thinking capabilities. • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Preferred Attributes: • Experience managing production processes and schedules. • Familiarity with stormwater and utility design tools (WaterCAD, StormCAD, ICPR). • Active participation in professional organizations.
