Job Title: Financial Analyst Overview: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, reporting, cost accounting, and decision support functions. This role reports to the Director of Finance and involves maintaining financial platforms, supporting department leaders, and providing analysis to improve operational and financial performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong accounting background, preferably with healthcare experience, and skills in service line analysis and proforma building. Key Responsibilities: Maintain KaufmanHall Budgeting, Reporting, Cost Accounting, and Decision Support (PLM) platform. Manage LaborLytics Productivity platform and reconcile GL/Payroll with PLM and LaborLytics. Serve as financial liaison to department leaders; distribute monthly Cerner reports. Complete data requests using PLM/KaufmanHall/Cerner databases. Support annual operating budget process, procedure, and supply price refresh. Partner with accounting staff to automate manual processes and improve efficiencies. Provide cost/benefit analysis and support business planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong accounting skills; healthcare experience preferred. Ability to extract, interpret, and present data in a meaningful way to non-financial users. Experience with service line analysis and proforma development.
