Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate recordkeeping. Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by gathering and analyzing departmental data. Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Help strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes. Conduct financial analysis to support business and operational decisions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and accounting requirements. Oversee project-level disbursements for development initiatives including cost tracking, budget compliance, and financial reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project management, and leadership teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Experience in real estate or development accounting preferred. Key Skills Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
