Multi-Site Chef Manager This is an excellent opening for a career driven Kitchen Manager Chef/Manger for several restaurants thought-out the DC area. The brand has strong roots to Europe and operates in the fresh, fast casual segment with some retail exposure. The ideal culinary candidate will have very strong experience with safety/sanitation, structured compliance of processes and scratch preparation. Strong leadership skills are required since this person will have responsibility and influence over multiple locations. Some baking or related pastry experience will be a plus but not essential.
