We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Golf Travel Specialist to join our travel planning team. In this role, you will help clients plan custom golf vacations to world-class courses and resorts. You’ll coordinate tee times, accommodations, transportation, and leisure activities to deliver seamless, premium golf travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist in booking golf travel packages including accommodations, tee times, caddies, transportation, and dining. Recommend golf destinations and resorts based on skill level, preferences, and travel goals. Research and coordinate bookings at top golf courses around the world (e.g., Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, Cabo del Sol). Build personalized itineraries and manage trip details from inquiry through post-travel follow-up. Communicate with clients, golf clubs, and resorts to confirm logistics and handle changes or special requests. Stay up to date on golf travel trends, major tournaments, and course conditions. Use travel booking platforms and CRM tools to manage reservations and maintain client records. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or sports management is a plus. Passion for golf, travel, and luxury experiences. Strong communication and organizational skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable using online systems and booking software. Self-starter with the ability to work independently or remotely. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Personal or professional experience with golf travel or playing. Customer service or travel coordination background.
