As the Production Supervisor you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. This role is on-site and plays a critical part in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality results. You will use your technical expertise and leadership skills to execute policies, mentor team members, and contribute to the success of the facility.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees to ensure production goals are met.Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and apply expertise to execute policies and strategies.Analyze and resolve problems quickly, using prior experience and technical skills.Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and contribution to broader business goals.Provide mentorship and informal guidance to new team members.Conduct performance evaluations, set expectations, and drive employee growth.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise.
