This is a local driving position serving the Akron/Canton area, ensuring you are home every night with weekends and holidays off.II. Equipment & ScheduleThe Rig: You will be operating a well-maintained 2005 Peterbilt 357 Quad featuring a fresh, high-performing C-13 CAT engine.Flexible Commitment: We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time (2–3 days per week) employment. We are specifically looking for a dedicated driver or someone to split the weekly schedule with the owner-operator.Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends. No holidays.III. Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport and dump various materials including topsoil, fill dirt, construction debris, sand, gravel, and asphalt millings.Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the Peterbilt remains in top running condition.Navigate local routes efficiently within the Akron and Canton regions.Maintain professional communication with the owner-operator and job site personnel.IV. Compensation & BenefitsOvertime: Time-and-a-half (1.5x) pay for any hours worked over 40 per week (available during peak season).Stability: Consistent local work with a "home every night" guarantee.V. RequirementsValid CDL Class A or Class B License.Clean driving record and solid professional references.Experience operating a quad-axle dump truck is preferred.Punctual, dependable, and respectful of the equipment.
