Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree. Preferred Skills 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with 3 years working on requirements development and management. 5+ years of experience in MMIS or domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid or with a major health care payer Experience in federal or state agency 2+ years of experience at with contract monitoring or Request for Proposal (RFP) development. 3+ years of experience as a technical writer Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including SharePoint and MS Project.
