We value and reward hardworking, creative, and dedicated employees that desire to be part of a team committed to outstanding customer service.START YOUR CAREER NOW.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesTie workflow to scheduleManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.Produce timely and detailed service reportsDocument processesOperate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systemsFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings within capabilities.Build positive relationship with customersPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma and/or equivalent in work experienceExcellent interpersonal skills, proficient in oral and written communicationsAssembly experience preferredBasic reading skills. Must be able to follow directionsAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipmentAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or ideaAbility to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedulesFamiliarity with mobile tools and applicationsUnderstanding of electrical process both of Ac and DcFamiliarity with and ability to navigate schematicsFamiliarity with the use of laptop computer for monitoring and programming Equipment a plus for consideration.JOB DESCRIPTION:A Field Service Technician, with knowledge of " screw type", "reciprocating " air compressors, centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment, is a self-starter that will deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
