This is a stable, multi-year project on a large site where we are building critical infrastructure to provide clean water to the region. Industry leading benefits include competitive wages, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees.Pipe Layer Daily LifeWork safely on large diameter ductile iron and PCCP pipe installations.Prep ground, cut/align pipes, and seal joints.Work with project Superintendent to prioritize work.Use concepts, procedures, and practices common for Pipe Layers.Outdoor work with all types of weather.Pipe Layer Must HavesAbility to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and grades.Knowledge of pipe, joints, aggregates, etc.At least one (1) year experience as a Pipe Layer.Pipe Layer Nice to Haves* High School diploma or equivalent* Completion of formal training or apprenticeship.All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screening and physical.LIFE WITH USUlliman Schutte is a construction industry leader because of its people.
