Our mission is to meet each student where they are and help them grow-academically and personally.Position OverviewWe are currently hiring a caring and committed Elementary Tutor to support students in kindergarten through 6th grade. This role is ideal for educators who love working with young learners and are passionate about helping them master core academic skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. You will deliver individualized instruction in early literacy, math fundamentals, reading comprehension, writing, and homework support, tailored to meet each student's unique learning needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and small group instruction in reading, writing, and elementary mathUse structured curriculum and proven strategies to reinforce foundational academic skillsAdapt lessons based on student needs, pace, and learning stylesKeep students motivated and focused through interactive and age-appropriate instructionMonitor and document student progress and share updates with the center team and familiesCreate a welcoming, encouraging, and positive learning space for young learnersQualificationsBachelor's degree required (preferably in Education, Child Development, or a related field)Experience tutoring or teaching elementary-aged children preferredStrong communication and classroom management skillsAbility to connect with young learners in a patient, engaging, and nurturing wayPassion for education and enthusiasm for helping students succeedCreativity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payFlexible scheduling that works around your availabilityPaid training and access to professionally developed curriculumA team-oriented, supportive work environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most formative years of learningHelp shape young minds and build the foundation for future academic success.
