Role Overview:Knife River is looking for a Grading Foreman to join our team.Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of Grading operationsEfficient at multi-tasking and working under short time constraintsAssure that all safety and quality measures are takenCoordinate with others including subcontractors, trucking and plant and Perform other duties as assignedThis is considered a full-time position. Travel will be required and working in extreme weather conditions should be expected.Minimum Qualifications:3 + years of proven Grading experience.Supervisory and Strong communication skills (verbal and written)as well as basic computer skillsKnowledge of all grading and paving equipment and operationsValid Idaho driver's license and clean driving recordStrong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfactionReading and understanding plansKnow how to set up and run GPS systemsFinish blading with GPS controlsAdditional Information:If unable to apply online, stop by our office at:5450 W.
