Experienced Apprentice PlumberPurpose: As an Experienced Apprentice Plumber, you'll play an important part in the success of our plumbing projects. Working under the supervision of licensed journeyman plumbers, you will gain hands-on experience in installing, modifying, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for gas, water, and drainage. All work must follow applicable building codes for both single-family and multifamily housing projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the inspection, installation, modification, repair, and upkeep of plumbing systems in compliance with codes and safety regulationsLearn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specificationsAccurately complete quality control and project documentationHelp manage multiple job sites and coordinate day-to-day tasksOversee and communicate with subcontractors working on assigned projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and milestonesFollow direction from supervisors and continue learning the trade through all phases of plumbing workGain experience in every stage of plumbing system installation and maintenanceQualifications:Emerging leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and support others on the teamDedication to producing accurate, high-quality workStrong communication abilities for working effectively with builders, contractors, and project managersFamiliarity with common plumbing concepts, materials, and techniquesAbility to take direction, learn quickly, and adapt to changing tasksHigh school diploma or GED equivalentValid driver's licenseReliable work ethic demonstrated consistently on the jobWillingness to work 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as neededThis job description outlines the general nature and key responsibilities of the role.
