VCA Encina is a unique specialty, emergency and general practice hospital where technicians and assistants are encouraged to collaborate across departments. Unlike your typical specialty hospital, staff is not assigned to a specific department. We expect all team members to go where patient care is needed. Our leadership team is devoted to maintaining a supportive and compassionate work environment.Qualifications:* 1 + year(s) experience in Veterinary Medicine* Ability to triage, assess, and examine critical patientsOur hospital is fully equipped with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment that includes CT, ultrasound, endoscopy. With access to a wide variety of equipment and resources, you can provide the highest quality care to our patients.VCA Animal Hospitals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, pet care discounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick days, and health and well-being programs that provide resources and training. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $25-32/ hour (dependent on experience).
