We offer career longevity and growth and look for the same in return.JOB DESCRIPTION:Project Managers will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects including developing cost and schedule forecasts. Responsible for acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, including contractors and consultants, to deliver projects according to plan. Provides leadership and direction to the project supervisors and project engineers. Coordinates with all stakeholders including radiation protection, engineering, safety, and project controls.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Organizing daily/ weekly/ monthly activities based on the goals of the projectWorking with other departments to develop budgets and plans to support project goalsMonitoring projects and overseeing task to ensure goals are metMeeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goalsWorking with the management team to improve strategiesInstruct Project Managers and Assistant Project ManagerManagement of SubcontractorsPromoting and ensuring a Nuclear Safety Culture is embedded within the ProjectQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Minimum of 7 years project management experience in construction, completed projects, and good performance reviewsAbility to schedule and manage tasks effectivelyConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsRisk managementWritten and verbal communication skillsCost control and budgeting skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsOrganizational and multitasking skillsProficiency with P6 & Hard dollar software/formats is a plusFamiliarity with working in a Nuclear facility/environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementPrevious Nuclear project experience is preferredEthical and accountableSalary: From $150,000.00 per yearLocation: NJ/PA - Onsite
