This position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement with on-site responsibilities determined according to organizational needs. The selected candidate will be based in California within one of the designated service areas: Los Angeles, San Diego, Inland Empire, Ventura, Antelope Valley, or Fresno. This role is dedicated to supporting overflow and special recruitment needs across all regions.

at https://llac.org/How You Will Make an ImpactThe Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting and provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the organization and clients. This Position will assist Hiring Managers in proactively locating the best possible candidate pool to fill positions and to ensure quality candidates are available in a timely manner. Perform administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting (job posting, application screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection review, job offer and start)Work with hiring managers to fill open positions within designated time periodsMaintain the applicant tracking systemReview, process, and track Hiring RequisitionsMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough auditPlace job advertisements and close job postings following requisition timelineLeverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit candidatesMaintain online recruiting resources with current organization branding/logo, contact information, benefits, non-discrimination noticeProvide complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the Organization, clients and the position to candidates (include Department background,
