The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesTie workflow to scheduleManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.Produce timely and detailed service reportsDocument processesOperate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systemsFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings within capabilities.Build positive relationship with customersJOB REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma and/or equivalent in work experienceExcellent interpersonal skills, proficient in oral and written communicationsAssembly experience preferredBasic reading skills.
