Description of the role:The Accounting / Title Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks within Patriot Auto Group LLC. This position will play a key role in supporting the finance department and ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.Responsibilities:Process and maintain accounting documents, records, and filesDocument scanningManage new and used car inventory files and entriesPerform data entry and reconcile financial discrepanciesAssist with Title Clerk to obtain lien releases and other documentsHandle title paperwork and communicate with lenders and customersAssist in various responsibilities within the accounting officeRequirements:Prior experience in accounting or related fieldExperience in vehicle title and state registration lawsKnowledge of basic accounting principles and proceduresProficiency in MS Office and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood written and verbal communication skillsBenefits:Competitive hourly compensation ranging from a starting pay of $16 to $18 per hourOpportunity for growth and advancement within the companyHealthcare benefits packagePaid time off and vacation daysDiscounts on service and parts purchasesAbout the Company:Patriot Auto Group LLC is a reputable automotive dealership located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
