In the progressive and booming construction market, we're guided by safety, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.Across New York State our notable projects include the Time Warner Building, Rockefeller Center, Lincoln Center, Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden, Seven World Trade Center and Goldman Sachs' Lower Manhattan Headquarters.**_Extraordinary Projects Need Exceptional Talent_****Job Description:**+ Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections to ensure overall project profitability and accurate financial reporting.+ Ensure procurement of required materials and requisition of necessary equipment and labor resources to efficiently and effectively complete construction projects.+ Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors. Market and secure additional work with client; responsible for the project change management process+ Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.+ Monitor/control construction process through direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate and identify all potential impacts to the project and implement corrective measures.+ Ensure productivity of subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and overall schedule of the project.+ Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and A/E contacts, to facilitate construction activities+ Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget+ Represent company in project meetings, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings+ Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client+ May perform other duties as assigned**Requirements:**+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution and 10 or more years of building construction experience+ Five (5) or more years Project Management experience managing multiple construction projects+ Experience/knowledge with Job Order Contracting (JOC), unit pricing, requirement pricing required.+ Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities+ Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles+ Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule+ MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint). Knowledge of industry software (Procure, Bluebeam, Primavera, Estimating Software)+ Demonstrated leadership skills+ Excellent written and verbal skills**Equal Opportunity Employer**
