Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, ServiceNow Presales ArchitectIn this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales team and participate in onsite GTM activities during the sales cycle, demonstrating the various modules of the ServiceNow platform to prospective customers on a very deep technical level. The role will also involve designing the architecture for solutions built in ServiceNow, selecting the most appropriate modules from the Now platform for each use case, building and demonstrating of custom presentations, holding workshops, and running short proof of concept programs.Responsibilities* Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO etc* Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value-led approach.
