We're partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Savannah, GA; they're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in civil site design, particularly with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with residential clients and producing residential plans in a consulting environment.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration5+ years of experience in designing public and private projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Civil 3D software (or similar CAD software)Strong leadership qualities and business development skillsExperience with residential design plans and client managementKnowledge of civil engineering project management, including scope, schedule, and budget developmentResponsibilities:Manage multiple projects for various clients, including proposal preparations and fee developmentInteract with clients, visit job sites, and collaborate with consultants as neededOversee project scope, schedules, and budgets, as well as monitor business unit performanceCoordinate engineering work with other disciplines and supervise engineers and technicians as neededDevelop scopes of work, communicate with team members, and track projects in accounting software
