Follow up on outstanding deliverables and help create accountability across teams. Collaborate with global teams and overseas suppliers across different time zones.

Customer & Account Support Prepare meeting agendas, project updates, presentations, and follow-up action items. Participate in customer meetings as needed and document commitments and next steps. Support customer presentations, sample reviews, and project planning sessions. Occasionally travel for customer meetings, industry events, and program reviews.
