Call Center Representative (CSR)Immediate need for a talented Call Center Representative (CSR). This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX; Columbus, OH; or Tampa, FL (Remote). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Utilize Citrix and other tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
Participate in a comprehensive 5–7 week training program, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:45 PM EST.Maintain flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
Achieve a minimum score of 80% on the CSR assessment to qualify for the role.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:1+ year of call center experience.
Ability to pass the CSR assessment with a score of at least 80%.Availability for the entire training period with no scheduled time off.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Experience with Citrix or similar customer service tools.
Previous experience in a remote work environment.
