QA/UAT AnalystCharlotte, NC (Hybrid)12+ month contract with good potential to extend up to 2 yearsLocation: Hybrid in Charlotte, NCRemote (y/n): NoAccepted Work Authorizations: W2 only (H4 is okay)Must haves:1) ISO Testing2) FX (Foreign Exchange)3) Payments TestingDesired Skills/Experience: Banking experience, prior Wells Fargo experience a plusStrong wholesale treasury management background and experienceExperience with payment systemsKnowledge of wire transfers, SWIFT payments, ISO/ MX payments, ACH, SWIFTUnderstands business requirements (from BRD or other source)Understands the systems impacted by projectUnderstands the flow end to end (not just technical), customer, operations, sales, etc. Knows how to work in an agile environmentIs able to represent "product owner" during sprintsIs able to communicate well in multiple audiencesIs able to explain how the systems interact with each other (not from a techie perspective, but from a business perspective)Is able to communicate business deliverables from the business perspectiveIs able to communicate with the business and or technologyIs able to find out information from multiple sources, is unafraid to ask questions or ask for help
