This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient repair, maintenance, and fabrication of transportation trailers while protecting customer uptime, safety, and confidence. Working within the Parts and Service team, the Service Technician serves as a hands-on problem solver who translates work orders, diagnostics, and craftsmanship into dependable, real-world solutions for commercial transportation haulers. Through disciplined workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in quality, this role directly impacts customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term service relationships.
