Billing Supervisor

Century Group is partnering with a National law firm to help them find a Billing Supervisor to join their team. The position encompasses all aspects of the day-to-day billing and collections operations and will be responsible for monitoring key systems and reports to ensure goals and activities for the designated practice group are being met timely and accurately. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $98,000 to $128,000 per year.Location - Can work out of offices in SF, Mountain View, New York, Washington DC, Santa Monica or SeattleHybrid schedule - currently 1 day per week in office but may need to be in more often sometimes during busy periods or for meetings etc.Responsibilities include: Administer special billing arrangements and monitor accounts receivables Assist clients in resolving questions and/or problems regarding their invoices Participate in hiring and training with the ability to cater to individual training style/needs Oversee their assigned staff and coordinate team workflow, Provide effective performance feedback as well as prepare annual reviews. Work with department management and their team to unify and streamline processes specific to areas of practice. Requirements - 5-7 plus years' experience in legal/professional services billing 3 years supervisory experience Corporate & IP/TM experience preferred STRONG Excel Skills Aderant and legal e-Billing experience a plus High volume billing experience REF #44706#LI-POST
