Material HandlerLocation: Hackettstown, NJSchedule: Monday thru Friday; 8:30am-5pmHourly Pay: $18/hr Summary:Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Material Handler to manage the flow of materials and products in the warehouse/production facility. The ideal candidate is a team player who can safely operate warehouse equipment and ensure that materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed to the correct departments in a timely manner.Core Duties:Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders for accuracy.Safely transport raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to designated locations using forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment.Prepare and pack items for outgoing shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace. Qualifications:Proven experience as a material handler or in a similar warehouse role.Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is highly preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
