This role involves hauling equipment and materials, assisting crews on job sites, and traveling throughout the state (per diem provided). The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-focused, and willing to work overtime when needed.What You'll DoOperate various trucks including dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailersTransport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sitesAssist with loading and unloading equipment safelyPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep vehicles clean and organizedFollow delivery schedules and travel routes as assignedCommunicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch, and jobsite teamsAdhere to all DOT and traffic safety guidelinesSupport crew operations as needed on job sitesRequired QualificationsValid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving recordWillingness to travel statewide at least 70% of the time (per diem provided)Reliable, hardworking, and safety-consciousWilling to work overtime (time-and-a-half paid)Ability to work outdoors in varying conditionsPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)HAZMAT endorsementCIPP steam/boiler system experienceConcrete mixing, pouring, or finishingCarpentry or formwork experienceWork EnvironmentTravel requiredOn-the-road and on-site role supporting crew operationsPerks of the JobWeekly Pay401(k) + Company MatchComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid training & orientationSafety equipment providedPerformance bonus & safety bonusLayover payOther bonus opportunitiesShenandoah is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
