CargoWise Solutions Architect/Cloud Migration

Job SummaryThe CargoWise Solutions Architect will support a global logistics organization in the migration of an existing production CargoWise environment and its associated data to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.This role involves designing migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, aligning identity and security requirements, and validating the application environment post-migration.The architect will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure a successful and compliant cloud migration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the data integrity and migration strategy, including cutover planning and Runbook preparation. Design application architecture and connectivity solutions, including eAdapter and API routing. Ensure identity and security alignment, including adherence to global data residency and compliance requirements. Conduct functional regression, integration, and performance testing for validation of the migrated environment. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to support a seamless Azure migration process. Provide expert guidance on best practices for cloud migration of CargoWise production environments. Communicate technical concepts clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a CargoWise Solution Architect with global deployment experience (CargoWise One). Experience migrating a full CargoWise production environment and associated data to Azure. Proficiency with eAdapter and related integration tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Ability to travel 40% or more as required by project needs. Experience working as a subcontractor or in partner-based delivery environments. Prior experience supporting large global logistics organizations or cloud transformation projects. Certifications CargoWise Certified Professional (CCP)
