If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves being part of a team that wins together, and is eager to take on a role with unlimited career growth potential, this opportunity is for youSchedule: 3:00pm - 1:30am, Monday - Thursday (overtime as needed on Fridays)Pay Rate: $26.25 - $33.00/hr.Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively. Maintain inventory of replacement parts and minimize downtime during repairs. Assist in developing and documenting preventative maintenance programs. Support custom equipment design, fabrication, and assembly fixture setup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Safety, and Materials) to improve processes. Complete detailed shift reports and promote a strong culture of safety. Qualifications: Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. Minimum 2 years of maintenance or mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Forklift operation experience required; machine shop experience a plus. Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and assembly line operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
