Experience managing multiple, complex projects in technical, research, or government-focused environments. Experience preparing proposals, budgets, project plans, and status reports. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget oversight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prepare professional presentations and briefing materials.
