Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Home & Community Program. This PRN W2 role delivers outpatient-quality therapy directly to clients in their homes and communities, supporting real‐world recovery and independence.
You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with OT, SLP, and LCSW teammates. A PT license in WA and BLS/CPR are required; 1 year of PT experience is preferred.
