SEWER PIPE LAYER - Blair, NE
An established industrial construction company has an immediate need for a licensed sewer pipe layer. Job located in Blair, Nebraska.
COMPENSATION
· $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trench preparation
- Pipe installation
- Grade checking
- Joint sealing
- Backfilling
- Safety compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 40+ hours per week
- MUST have a City of Omaha Sewer Layer License
- MUST be at least 18 years of age
- MUST have high school diploma or equivalent
- MUST pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
- Strong communication skills and work well with others
- Knowledge of industry regulations
- Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment
- Knowledge of pipelaying and constructions methods
