This role is essential to our production team, ensuring high-quality parts are manufactured efficiently and to exact specifications.Key Responsibilities5+ years of experience in machine operation, preferably with Davenport screw machines Set up and operate Davenport machines to perform turning, facing, boring, drilling, reaming, threading, and related machining operations.Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while meeting quality and production standards.Review blueprints, specifications, and tooling instructions to ensure proper setup and machine operation.Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and make necessary machine adjustments.Maintain tooling, replace worn components, and perform regular equipment lubrication and cleaning.Collaborate with team leaders and set up personnel to resolve production or quality concerns.Complete production and quality reports accurately and on time.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experience operating multi-spindle Davenport or similar precision machining equipment preferred.The ability to operate three (3) to four (4) machines during a shift.
