This role supports an inclusive school site, collaborates closely with SPED teams, and supervises an in-person SLPA supporting a 38-student caseload. Job DetailsPosition: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Setting: Virtual / Remote (California-based)Assignment: School-based (Elementary & Middle School)Caseload: ~38 studentsSchedule: Full-timeSupervision Role: Supervising SLP for SLPA (and CF, if applicable) Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech and language disordersEvaluate and administer standardized assessments for accurate diagnosisProvide case management for students on caseloadAttend, facilitate, and write legally compliant and defensible IEPsProvide supervision for an SLPA or CF, as appropriateAttend trainings as requested and collaborate with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staffPerform other related duties as assigned by managementQualifications:REQUIRED: Current SLP License valid in the state of CaliforniaMaster's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication DisordersAbility to work within the California (PST) time zoneExperience supervising an SLPAFamiliarity with administering virtual assessmentsExperience with case management, IEP writing, and SEISKnowledge of California special education laws and regulationsStrong organizational, prioritization, and independent work skillsExcellent written documentation and professional verbal communicationPositive, collaborative demeanor and ability to build rapport with staff We offer competitive packages, extensive resources & support, mileage reimbursements, and professional development plans.
Compensation
