Bilingual Phlebotomist (Spanish/English | NYC)Join a fast-paced outpatient lab team delivering exceptional patient care.We're hiring a Bilingual Phlebotomist fluent in Spanish and English to perform venipunctures and specimen collection with precision and professionalism. This is a full-time role based in NYC, ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and excellent communication.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws, label and centrifuge specimens, and maintain accurate recordsExplain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures clearly to patientsMatch requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure 100% accuracyPackage and store specimens according to protocolMaintain specimen integrity during transport and storageMust-Haves2+ years of recent phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital settingProficiency with straight needles and ability to perform venipunctures independentlyFluency in Spanish and EnglishStrong communication skills and reliabilityPreferred* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite* Familiarity with color-coded tubes and lab testsWork EnvironmentSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM; every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PMLocation: NYC outpatient labFast-paced environment with strict adherence to protocolsReady to join a team that values precision and patient care?
