We bring a deep range of capabilities with road work, rehab, storm drain placement and milling and repaving.We are looking for an Experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team.Responsible for field operations on assigned projects, the right superintendent candidate must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. Responsible for managing the company's policies and expectations for safety, integrity, excellence, open communication and determination, the ideal candidate must be organized and handle time management to the fullest capacity to meet project deadlines. We are looking for someone that has a "CAN DO" attitude and can perform the following:Oversee field personnel, budget, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations.Pre-plans work activities with Project Manager to develop best means and methods, including safety action plans.Provide leadership and direction to construction personnelSupervise and schedule grading, drainage, paving, milling, and other miscellaneous construction activitiesTake an active role in emphasizing safety, quality, and production, leading by exampleCarry out job duties while maintaining Gregory Construction's Coordinate equipment and crews and other job-related activities to maximize efficiencyDevelop and train Foremen, Heavy Equipment Operators and LaborersAssist with survey and field layout.RequirementsAt least 5 years experience with Mission Critical Work.Qualifications:10 years' experience as a Construction superintendent (Required)Must be able and willing to travelOSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred (can provide for the right candidate)CPR Training and Certification requiredWork Location:Multiple locations-travel requiredThis full-time position will include paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance and a company matched 401K as well as other perks.
