Why join us?Be Part of a Growing Industry - Play a crucial role in transforming homes and businesses with top-tier windows and doors.Career Growth Opportunities - We invest in our people by training and promoting from within.Competitive Pay & Benefits - Pay starting at $21.50/hr, paid time off, medical benefits, disability and life insurance, and 401k with company match and an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to reward your efforts over the long term.Convenient full-time work hours - Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility based upon customer demands.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a 26' straight truck safely and efficiently.Load, secure, and unload windows, doors, and millwork products.Plan routes to meet delivery schedules.Conduct vehicle inspections and arrange routine maintenance.Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with traffic, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any delivery concerns.Occasionally assist in the warehouse with loading, unloading, and inventory management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1 year of experience operating a 26' box truck.Valid KS driver's license and a safe driving record and at least 21 years old.Ability to pass a DOT physical and a commitment to safety (pre-employment drug test required).Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and perform heavy physical work.Professional and positive customer-facing experience.6 months working in a warehouse or similar environment.Familiarity with delivery paperwork such as bills of lading.About UsHeadquartered in Olathe, KS, Kansas City Millwork is an employee-owned company specializing in wholesale millwork distribution.
