Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that's setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.What You'll Be Working OnLead the design and development of EPMS-based automation and visualization solutions for data center BMS/EPMS systems, ensuring seamless integration with HVAC, electrical, and monitoring infrastructureDevelop intuitive dashboards, HMIs, and operator workflows that make complex electrical and power systems easy to monitor and controlBuild and maintain automation scripts, tags, templates, and reporting modules in EPMS platforms to streamline commissioning, testing, and operationsCollaborate with engineers, contractors, and OEM partners to scope, configure, and deploy EPMS projects that tie into BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocolsConduct system testing and simulation to validate functionality, data accuracy, and operational performance prior to live deploymentLeverage the EPMS to collect and visualize real-time and historical data, enabling performance insights, fault detection, and predictive maintenanceOptimize existing EPMS user interfaces to improve operator experience, reduce alarm fatigue, and accelerate troubleshootingProvide leadership with actionable dashboards and automated reports on system health, uptime, energy efficiency, and capacity utilizationMentor and train technicians and engineers on EPMS development best practices, programming, and UI customizationEnsure all EPMS and BMS/EPMS implementations comply with industry standards, cybersecurity best practices, and company sustainability goalsWhat You'll Bring to the TeamBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master's or relevant certifications a plus)Hands-on professional experience with EPMS platforms and development (programming, graphics, scripting, SQL integration, reporting)Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable automation projects and custom UIs in a production environmentBackground in BMS/EPMS, SCADA, or ICS systems, ideally in data center or other mission-critical facilitiesFamiliarity with control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT, and integrating diverse building systems into a unified platformStrong knowledge of electrical systems, power monitoring, PLC/DDC logic, and industrial automation conceptsDemonstrated ability to translate operational needs into intuitive EPMS solutions for non-technical usersExcellent communication skills for collaborating with engineers, contractors, and leadership stakeholdersTrack record of solving complex automation challenges with innovative and data-driven solutionsPassion for leveraging data visualization and automation to improve system performance and user experience BenefitsCompetitive industry pay and equity (RSUs) in a fast-growing, well-funded technology companyComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan optionsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid parental leaveCompany-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% of salaryGenerous PTO and holiday scheduleTuition reimbursement and professional development supportCell phone reimbursement, Calm app subscription, and commuter benefits ($300/month)
