Buffett, acquired Precision Castparts Corp.Job DescriptionPurpose: Provide support to the E/One Operations Department through the management and execution of manufacturing projects. Apply principles learned in school as well as on the job training to solve manufacturing challenges. This would be a 6 month Co-Op term starting in July 2026 through December 2026.Core Responsibilities:Manage component and continuous improvement projects for one of E/One's Operations Team. Projects are designed and documented in CAD, verified with hands-on prototyping and testing, and implemented in a high-pace production environment throughout the co-op's term.Support ongoing manufacturing efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E/One's ISO Processes.Work in a fast-paced team environment to identify, execute, and lead various projects simultaneously.Facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP System Management.Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while preserving E/One's commitment to product quality.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements:Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.Previous CAD experience required.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.00 to $22.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.
