Ask yourself:Are you a skilled Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic with a passion for your craft? Do you have strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex mechanical issues? Are you a team player with excellent communication skills? If you answered "yes" to these questions and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our next Heavy-Duty Mobile Mechanic3 – 5 years' experience in Heavy Duty truck applicationsExcellent written and spoken communication skills.

Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems used in heavy duty equipment. Ability to lift 50lbs. Must have own toolsValid driver licenseAbility to use multiple scanning tools for diagnostics. Ability to use and interpret technical manuals.

Ability to work alone. Basic computer skillsCDL preferred (not required)Must be knowledgeable in DOT inspections along with full knowledge/understanding in performance of pre/post-trip requirementsJob Responsibilities:Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose Heavy Duty trucks and other equipment. Repair and/or replace any defective parts, components, or systems. Test equipment once repaired to ensure operation is complete.

Travel to various remote sites to accomplish field repairs and/or Preventative Maintenance on internal and external trucks. Document steps taken throughout the repair process on work orders and list supplies used for the repairs. Occasional welding on equipment as needed.
