Overseas Warehouse Solution ManagerResponsible for designing and optimizing logistics solutions for the North American market. You will bridge the gap between client needs and warehouse operations, focusing on cost efficiency (IRR), compliance (HazMat/Customs), and last-mile optimization.

What You'll Do:

Develop customized warehousing and distribution plans for E-commerce sellers (TikTok, Temu, Amazon).Design workflows for small/oversized items or HazMat storage and handling.

Cost & Profitability Analysis: Calculate project IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and payback periods for new warehouse setups.

Optimize Last-mile pricing strategies to maintain margins under "Platform-Mandated Labels."Exception & Compliance Management: Define SOPs for OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) and other Inbound/Outbound Exceptions. Ensure compliance with California CUPA/HMBP regulations for hazardous materials.

Market Insight Exception & Competitive Assessment: Client Insight & Needs Analysis: Identify, extract, and analyze the pain points and requirements of both cross-border and local US clientele.

Competitor Benchmarking & Capability Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive research and evaluation of overseas warehouse capabilities, focusing on operational efficiency, pricing structures, and geographic coverage.

About You:

Experience:

3–5 years in solution design, with 1–2 years directly related to overseas warehouse planning and execution.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.

Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions.

Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges.
