We are committed to delivering World Class Service to our guests—and that commitment begins with our dedicated team members.Lexus of Orlando is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a winning attitude to support our growing organization.Position SummaryThe Payroll Clerk is responsible for accurately processing payroll, supporting employee benefits administration, and assisting the Comptroller with accounting and administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly, semi-monthly, and commission-based payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate paymentsTransmit and reconcile payroll taxes, garnishments, and benefit contributionsProcess new employee onboarding and orientationManage and facilitate employee benefit enrollmentsMaintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee dataProvide accounting and administrative support to the ComptrollerCreate and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and reportsEffectively manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsPrior experience in payroll processing requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulasExcellent organizational and time-management skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionStrong communication and customer service skillsWhat We OfferBCBS of Florida Medical CoverageDental & Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanAllstate Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Disability CoveragePaid Vacation and Holidays, including:New Year's DayMemorial DayJuly 4thLabor DayThanksgiving DayChristmas DayAll benefits are available to full-time associates only and are subject to eligibility requirements and plan limitations.
