Are you self-motivated with an drive to provide an essential service? We are looking for candidates to join our dynamic team of Site Supervisors. This team supports Hallcon's safety goals, client service, and local staffing needs.Hallcon provides mission critical, employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America. We deliver safe, reliable, innovative, consistent, and cost-effective solutions to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage staffing and training for new employeesEnsure safety through training and vehicle maintenance and cleaningBridging the gap between Hallcon field employees and corporateCoordinate with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations are operation at max efficiencyWork with Risk Management to report all violation, safety issues, injuries and incidentsQualificationsTo perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to meet each essential duty and responsibility to a satisfactory level.Must be at least 21 years of ageBe able to clearly communicate both verbally and writtenValid Driver's License with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 yearsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent6 months to 1 year experience in team managementKey SkillsStrong administrative and computer skillsGreat attention to detailQuick and Decisive decision making abilityGood communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to inquiriesHallcon is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin.
